At Taleo, we stand behind the purity and power of our tallow-based skincare, crafted with ancestral vitality and regenerative ingredients. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make it right. Due to the natural, perishable essence of our small-batch products, all sales are final for opened or used items. We cannot accept returns on personal care products for hygiene reasons.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns accepted for unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
- Reason for Return: Damaged items, incorrect orders, or if the product doesn't meet your expectations (unopened only).

Contact us at support@taleo.co with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
We'll provide a return label (shipping costs deducted from refund unless our error).
Ship back in original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection (3-5 business days), we'll refund your original payment method (minus shipping).
- Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after receipt.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees, gift cards, and sale items.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Exchanges for unopened products within 30 days (e.g., wrong size or variant).

All products are handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients. Returns/exchanges must comply with US hygiene regulations.
