Returns & Exchanges

At Taleo, we stand behind the purity and power of our tallow-based skincare, crafted with ancestral vitality and regenerative ingredients. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, perishable ingredients, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons — but we'll always take care of you if something goes wrong on our end.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Accepted Reasons: Damaged items, incorrect orders, or defective products
  • Process: Email support@taleo.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We'll review within 1–2 business days and provide next steps. If the return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for damaged or incorrect orders. For all other returns, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund
  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return (inspection takes 3–5 business days)
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees, gift cards, and sale items

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Accepted Reasons: Wrong size, wrong variant, or wrong product received
  • Process: Email support@taleo.co with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll confirm availability within 1–2 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days at no additional shipping charge
  • Timeline: 7–14 business days total from return receipt to delivery of new item

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@taleo.co within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll either replace the item or issue a full refund — no return necessary for damaged goods.

International Orders

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll find a solution.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened and unused in original packaging. Contact us at support@taleo.co with your order number or gift receipt.
